Change of Mind Purchases:
We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases or if the customer has purchased the wrong item. However, MyCoolPet may, at its discretion, provide a store credit in such cases. To be eligible for a store credit:
The item must be in its original packaging and in a resalable condition.
The customer must request a return and obtain prior approval from MyCoolPet.
Returns and Exchanges:
All returns or exchanges must be arranged in advance. Please contact our customer support team to initiate the return process. The purchaser is responsible for return freight charges unless the item is faulty or has been sent in error by MyCoolPet. We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) returns under any circumstances. All claims must be lodged within a reasonable timeframe (normally no more than 30 days) and are subject to inspection by MyCoolPet. A handling fee may be deducted from the item cost.
Hygiene-Sensitive Items:
For hygiene reasons, we do not issue refunds on change of mind purchases for certain items such as vet bed. We encourage customers to choose carefully before making a purchase.
